Our Delicious Milk & Cookies Smoothie won the Dixie Crystals Summer of Smoothies contest!!!
This was absolutely our most versatile and easiest recipe by far! Our favorite cookie is a Biscoff, so we used Biscoff spread to augment the flavor. This recipe is so very versatile…if you prefer a chocolate cookie, use Nutella instead of the Biscoff spread, or add your favorite smooth peanut butter if you’re a peanut butter cookie fan. Variation is the beauty of this cookie smoothie.

- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 frozen banana, peeled & sliced
- 1/2 cup crushed Biscoff cookies
- 1/4 cup Biscoff spread
- ¼ cup brown sugar
Pour the milk in the blender first. Add the Biscoff cookies to the milk and leave to soak for a few minutes while you prepare the rest of the ingredients. This allows the cookies time to break down and become softer.
Next, add the ice, peeled & sliced frozen banana, Biscoff spread, and sugar to the blender and blend until smooth. Top with a Biscoff cookie and a dollop of whipped cream..
